HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Network Support Lead – L3 (Cisco & Fortinet) to own complex enterprise networking tasks, lead high-severity incidents, and mentor junior engineers. You will manage Fortinet FortiGate environments, drive security enhancements, and contribute to network automation and design initiatives.

The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, change management, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure reliability and security across the enterprise network.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of networking experience, including 3–4 years in L3 or senior escalation roles.
• Cisco IOS/XE and NX‑OS experience.
• Strong routing (OSPF, BGP) & switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel) knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Advanced Troubleshooting & Incident Management: final L3 escalation for complex issues; lead P1/P2 incidents.
• Firewall & Network Security: manage Fortinet FortiGate environments, VPNs, NAT, HA.
• Network Optimization & Reliability: capacity planning, traffic analysis, performance tuning.
• Automation & Tooling: develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, EEM).
• Change Management & Migrations: lead major network changes; RFCs and rollback plans.
• Documentation & Technical Leadership: maintain diagrams, SOPs, runbooks; mentor junior engineers.
