Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a network delivery organization spanning LAN, WAN, OT, security, and wireless projects.

You will supervise two Project Delivery Leads and a ~40-person team, drive governance, resource planning, and KPI tracking while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes Kaizen, service development, and operational excellence in a global Toyota group context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, network engineering, technical project management, or IT service delivery.
• 5+ years leading project management staff or technical delivery teams (20+ members).
• Experience with routing, WAN (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN), LAN, wireless, network security, monitoring, and high availability.
• Strong communication, executive reporting, and vendor/partner management.
• English language proficiency at business level.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LAN/WAN/OT, network security, and wireless project delivery across the portfolio.
• Establish delivery governance, standard processes, stage gates, quality reviews, and reporting cadence.
• Plan and allocate resources for a ~40-person team; monitor KPIs and risks.
• Serve as the customer-facing leader; provide regular progress reports and manage expectations.
• Lead Kaizen and transition to a standardized service offering with defined SLAs/KPIs.
