Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end network projects across LAN, WAN, OT, and security. You will head a ~20-person team, serve as primary customer liaison, and ensure projects meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.

The role emphasizes Kaizen-driven improvement, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with delivery partners and subcontractors. Onsite work with travel possible; contract-to-hire arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or IT service delivery, including 3+ years in network project delivery.
• Broad knowledge across networking (routing, switching, WAN, LAN, wireless) and network security.
• Project management knowledge: scope, schedule, cost, risk, change management.
• Experience in a manager-level customer-facing role and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of LAN, WAN, OT networks, network security, and wireless projects from planning to handover to operations.
• Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan and risk register; report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery team workload, identify issues early, drive mitigation and escalation when needed.
• Bridge between customer and delivery engineers; translate requirements into executable work.
• Manage QCD for every project, including change control, budget tracking, and quality reviews.
• When outsourced, select and manage partner companies and control deliverables and acceptance criteria.
