Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to own end-to-end service delivery for SOC operations and govern security priorities.

You will be the primary contact for global customers, lead service reviews, and drive escalations with cross-functional teams. You will assess customer needs to shape strategy, coach the delivery team with technical leads, and coordinate with analytics, detection, and incident response to strengthen capabilities and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology or cybersecurity consulting.
• Experience leading systems integration and cybersecurity transformation programs.
• Proven leadership of SOC or cybersecurity service teams, including coaching.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, including threat detection and incident response.
• Experience improving service quality, scalability, and operational efficiency across security operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security service delivery and governance, aligning service expectations, security priorities, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary service contact for global customers, leading service reviews, communications, and escalations.
• Assess customer needs and security challenges to shape service strategy and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional programs, managing priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead and coach the service delivery team with technical leads, strengthening collaboration, development, and accountability.
• Partner with security analytics, detection engineering, and incident response teams to strengthen capabilities and manage escalations.
• Drive service efficiency, scalability, and process improvement to support evolving customer demand.
• Report service performance, customer feedback, threat developments, and strategic progress to leadership.
• Develop growth plans to expand customer adoption and introduce new security services.
