Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in client leadership meetings and maintain the technical road map.
• Develop policies and procedures for support and operations.
• Assess obstacles impacting client business and communicate with Port Cyber Management.
• Analyze evolving client needs and recommend infrastructure/configs.
• Evaluate new hardware/software for network compatibility.
• Design, manage, and deliver all project implementations.
• Vendor management and relationship building.
• Configure and manage network infrastructure, backups, and security.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues.
• Contribute to best practices for managed services.
• Maintain client documentation with the team.
