Qualifications

• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification required.
• Minimum five years of experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient coding and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience configuring coding workflows, validation rules, edits, and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and optimization of network coding applications.
• Collaborate with HIM, RI, CDI, IT and vendors to improve coding accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain system validation rules, automation, and coding edits.
• Evaluate workflows to improve reimbursement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
