Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the NSV tools group, building high-performing software automation systems for Data Center environments. You will interact with NIC, OS, switches, HCA, CPU and GPU compute, contributing to scalable automation in a dynamic setting.

You will lead development efforts, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with architects, DevOps, product managers and teammates to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven software development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on Linux-based platforms.
• Proficient in Bash, Python, Ansible.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Independent, fast learner with strong ownership, debugging and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain durable network automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration, and observation of HPC data centers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate and implement innovative technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues in distributed environments and improve observability and reliability of systems.
• Work cross-functionally with architects, DevOps, product managers and collaborators to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in code reviews, technical build discussions, and continuous improvement activities.
