Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior SoC Software Engineer to shape the future of accelerated computing for AI factories, data centers, autonomous platforms, and space-grade data centers. You will design and maintain software for heterogeneous computing systems powering AI, HPC, and accelerated workloads, bringing server products from silicon to deployment.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong C and C++ programming skills, including object-oriented design.
• Experience with low-level systems software, drivers, firmware, or hardware-facing programming.
• A strong understanding of processor architecture fundamentals, preferably ARM.
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills, spanning multiple software-hardware layers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with ability to lead technically complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SoC software, validation solutions, and test frameworks spanning user space, kernel, firmware, and boot software.
• Advance system validation and reliability software from virtual prototypes to production hardware and large-scale deployment.
• Drive improvements in design validation, thermal/power characterization, manufacturing screening, and platform bring-up.
