Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) under the SENTRY BPA. You will design scalable Cisco-based networks, enforce Zero Trust, and lead security assessments while mentoring junior engineers in a complex, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities include perimeter security management, SOP maintenance, and incident-response support. A CCIE/CCDE and Public Trust Tier 2 clearance are required, with 8–10 years of enterprise

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CCIE or CCDE certification in Enterprise Infrastructure (or equivalent) that has been maintained for a minimum of 5 years.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Tier 2 clearance.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise network engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient network architectures across Cisco-based environment (core, distribution, access, edge).
• Enforce Zero Trust through segmentation, micro-segmentation, least-privilege access; implement 802.1X.
• Lead security assessments, audits, and compliance reviews with evidence and remediation support.
• Manage perimeter security, firewalls, and firewall rule optimization.
• Serve as senior technical advisor to CBO stakeholders; lead security reviews.
• Develop and maintain Network SOPs; update annually.
• Support incident response with network-level analysis and RCA.
