Job summary

Carhartt, Inc. seeks a Sr. Network Engineer to own the full lifecycle of our network infrastructure, including design, implementation, security, and ongoing optimization.

You will manage LAN/WAN, wireless, VPNs, and security platforms to ensure reliability and scalability across our enterprise, retail, and remote sites. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, drive security best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in CS or related field.
• Professional-level industry certification such as CCNP or CCDP.
• 8+ years in enterprise network engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud, and security infrastructure.
• Administer Cisco Meraki, Arista switching, and related network technologies for reliability.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, VPNs, and security systems.
• Monitor performance, perform capacity planning, and improve network efficiency.
• Lead Level 3 troubleshooting for complex multi-vendor issues.
• Develop and maintain network architectures, documentation, and roadmaps.
