Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer to provide 24/7 monitoring, advanced support, and design for our global network infrastructure. You will implement and manage Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto devices, lead network design discussions, and ensure security policy compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of related work experience required.
Extensive hands-on troubleshooting of OSI-based networks and packet captures.
Experience with Cisco ASA/Firepower, Nexus switches, and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
Proficient with Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, and NSX environments.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto devices.
Plan network expansion by recommending designs and connectivity solutions.
Ensure security policy compliance and best practices across the network.
Implement SD-WAN, MPLS, wired and wireless connectivity (L2/L3).
Provide multi-layered technical support to customers via the NOC.
Escalate and resolve anomalies; act as escalation point for issues.
Liaise with customers, vendors and third parties in design sessions.
Track issues in the ticketing system and provide timely updates.
Obtain and maintain technical certifications.
Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company ethics.
