Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
• Willingness for after-hours on-call support and fast-paced multitasking.
• U.S. citizen and resident per regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise wired/wireless networks (LAN/WAN/VPN).
• Maintain network hardware/software; perform upgrades per change control.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues; provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Implement and enforce security controls, firewalls, and access policies.
• Monitor performance with tools like Entuity/NetBrain/Meraki; optimize bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, configs, and SOPs.
• Plan capacity and future upgrades for growth and reliability.
• Develop disaster recovery/testing plans for network resilience.
