Job summary

Customized Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support CES’s enterprise network across North America, India, Vietnam, and Japan. You will own on-premises routing, switching, firewall, and security platforms while aligning with cloud and hybrid environments.

You will lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This on-site role offers a hybrid future pending performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience across multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting globally distributed networks in hybrid on-premises and cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA, Firepower, ISE, and firewall technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, upgrade, and maintain routing and switching infrastructure across multiple CES locations.
• Manage multi-site WAN with redundancy, availability, and failover.
• Lead network projects from requirements to post-implementation review and optimization.
• Provide Tier 3 incident support and root-cause analysis for network issues.
