Qualifications

• CISSP, CCNP/CCNA, and multi-cloud certifications are required or demonstrated.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with extensive enterprise network ops experience.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, cloud networking, security controls, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network architectures across physical, virtualized, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Support FEMA network operations for fixed and disaster-activated sites including LAN, WAN, voice, video, and security infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Monitor network performance, ensure reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and implement improvements.
• Maintain configurations, diagrams, baseline standards, and operational records, supporting security policies.
