The ideal candidate will bring CISSP, Cisco certs (CCNP/CCNA), and multiple-cloud certifications, with extensive experience in NOC/SOC functions and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Requires CISSP and Cisco certs (CCNP/CCNA) or equivalent.
• Professional Cloud Solutions Architect certification required.
• Multi-cloud coverage across AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years or Master's with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing enterprise network operations in mission-critical environments.
• Experience supporting NOC/SOC functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network architectures across physical, virtualized, hybrid cloud, and multi-cloud environments.
• Support FEMA network operations for LAN, WAN, voice, video, satellite, internet, intranet, and telecom infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and services.
• Monitor performance, availability, utilization, and service health; implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents, outages, routing, and interoperability issues.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational records.
• Support modernization, cloud integration, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
