Job summary

AAA, Inc. seeks a hands-on Manager, Network Systems and Architecture to design scalable, secure network solutions aligned with the company’s technology strategy.

You will lead development of network strategy, ensure governance, and drive collaboration across diverse technologies and partners. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor relationships to deliver high-availability networks across on‑prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Six to eight years’ experience integrating network and internet systems; PM experience preferred.
• Industry certifications (Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Checkpoint CCSE/CCSM) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement short- and long-term network solutions including firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and wireless infrastructure.
• Define tactical and strategic architecture; document roadmaps and modernization efforts.
• Enforce best practices for deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and incident response.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers; manage performance and development.
• Coordinate implementation and resources for timely issue resolution.
• Review requirements and design solutions; develop performance monitoring and optimizations.
• Document current architectures; collaborate with internal and external teams for secure, reliable networking.
• Manage department budgets, objectives, and vendor relationships.
