Job summary

Leidos, a leader in digital and mission innovations, seeks a senior Network Analyst to ensure stability and efficiency of the enterprise network. You will lead troubleshooting for complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with senior engineers on optimization and automation.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance and 8+ years of SD-WAN experience, with CCNP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

Requires current Top Secret Security Clearance.
8+ years of relevant experience with SD-WAN architecture and management.
Experience with complex WAN/LAN, advanced routing, and overlay/underlay troubleshooting.
CCNP or equivalent advanced certification; SD-WAN certifications desirable.
CompTIA Network+/Security+ credentials.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical lead for operations, handling the most complex incidents and guiding junior analysts.
Lead root cause analysis for major network incidents and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with engineering on network design, optimization, and capacity planning with performance data.
Develop, test, and deploy SD-WAN policies for traffic steering, QoS, and security with network architects.
Create and maintain SOPs, diagrams, and knowledge base for complex configurations and troubleshooting.
Assist in evaluating and integrating new network technologies before enterprise deployment.
Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline monitoring, reporting, and configuration tasks.
