Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to oversee Cisco network infrastructure, SD-WAN, and wireless connectivity across hybrid sites in California. You will monitor, configure, patch, and troubleshoot to ensure performance and uptime.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and CCNA Routing & Switching; wireless and security CCNA prefs are a plus. The position involves after-hours maintenance and on-call duties, with travel between Tustin and Sacramento locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of network infrastructure experience.
• Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching required.
• CCNA Wireless preferred.
• CCNA Security preferred.
• ACMA/ACCA preferred.
• CCSA preferred.
• F5-CA preferred.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, IPsec.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Cisco network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and wireless.
• Manage SD-WAN, branch/ATM connectivity, and network ops.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for major issues.
• Develop configuration standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for support and upgrades.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call rotation.
