Job summary

Applied Network Solutions, Inc. seeks a Sr. Network Engineer in Orlando, FL, to design, implement, and secure complex enterprise networks.

The role requires DoD-grade IAT 2, TS/SCI clearance, and extensive experience with routing/switching and production network operations. You will evaluate new technologies in a private test lab, coordinate maintenance windows with minimal disruption, and support enterprise network fault isolation and resolution.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph required.
• 16 years of combined work history and education or equivalent.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance required.
• Experience in Tier III network operations or design.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Brocade, and/or Juniper devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure network designs aligned with DISA STIGs and obtain ATO.
• Plan and implement network services with minimal data-flow impact.
• Develop and document network diagrams, BOMs, cabling sheets, and configurations.
• Mentor and supervise junior network specialists as needed.
