Job summary

S2Technologies, LLC seeks a Network Engineer II to support the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) at the NCRC-ORL facility in Orlando, FL. You will design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure, ensuring secure operations for cybersecurity testing, training, and mission rehearsal events.

Responsibilities include configuring routers/switches/firewalls, managing VLANs and routing protocols, and supporting DoD compliance with STIGs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
Hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices.
Experience with Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, routing and switching.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and maintain IP and non-IP network infrastructure for NCRC operations.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
Manage Layer 2/3 networking, VLANs, routing protocols, and network segmentation.
Support network services and server infrastructure for test environments.
Monitor performance, availability, and security; troubleshoot issues.
Integrate physical and virtual network infrastructure for test environments.
Adhere to DoD cybersecurity requirements, including STIGs and NIST frameworks.
Assist with vulnerability remediation and configuration management.
Document configurations, topology, changes, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to support NCRC test environments.
