Qualifications

• Experience in 24x7 production environments and incident handling.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and performance management.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancers.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational health checks and network environment validation.
• Monitor performance, availability, utilization, and capacity.
• Respond to and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and service disruptions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across enterprise network infrastructure.
• Administer, configure, upgrade, test, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related network technologies.
• Manage break/fix activities, operational maintenance, and network service requests.
• Execute infrastructure changes per change management and production-control procedures.
• Analyze network configurations and adjust to resolve performance and availability issues.
• Support network security with access controls, vulnerability mitigation, and remediation timelines.
• Maintain network backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Generate and review network utilization, trending, performance, and error reports.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners during troubleshooting, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain service availability and operational excellence.
• Participate in major incident response and support critical production issues as needed.
