This role is a key member of the Finance Applications team within Corporate Technology. It offers an opportunity to work in an innovative, collaborative environment, directly impacting company efficiency and effectiveness. The candidate will collaborate with IT professionals and business units globally, working with system architects, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

As a Senior System Analyst, your responsibilities include managing and optimizing Finance applications, interpreting business needs, participating in design, implementation, testing, and providing post-implementation support.

Your tasks will include:

1. Developing a deep understanding of business requirements through stakeholder interviews and brainstorming.
2. Designing improvements to NetSuite and other Finance Applications like SAP Concur, Coupa, Floqast, Hyperion.
3. Monitoring finance applications daily, addressing access, security, downtime, or usability issues.
4. Assessing and enhancing functionalities, workflows, and processes.
5. Driving special projects and continuous process improvements, including post-implementation support.
6. Conducting UAT and functional testing for upgrades.
7. Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and peers.
8. Collaborating with MuleSoft Architects on Finance Application integrations.

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Finance Applications like NetSuite, SAP Concur, Coupa, Floqast.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing NetSuite ERP.
• Experience with SuiteScript and JavaScript for automation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications include experience with third-party app integrations, AI/ML in Finance SaaS, process/data modeling skills, Agile methodologies, and web technologies.

Please Note: Remote work is only available for US-based employees. The salary range is $111,200—$158,900 USD, including base and variable pay, based on experience and market conditions.
