Job summary

Precision Point in San Francisco is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and validation of quality workflows within NetSuite on a three-month timeline.

The candidate will own requirements gathering, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and deliver a validated, compliant quality solution aligned with GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience for configuring, implementing, and validating workflows.
• Extensive software validation in regulated life sciences.
• Able to own project from requirements to validation and deployment.
• Experience with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Experience with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication to translate tech requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and validation of quality processes in NetSuite.
• Configure inspection rules, fields, and data structures.
• Own IQ, OQ, PQ and UAT activities.
• Ensure validation docs meet GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and vendors.
• Manage milestones and 3-month project timeline.
• Create procedures, work instructions, training materials.
• Support training and deployment of validated platform.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability.
