Job summary

Slingshot Biosciences is seeking a NetSuite Quality Systems Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation and validation of our NetSuite Quality module on a fixed-term three‑month basis. This onsite role reports to the Senior QA Analyst in Emeryville, CA.

You will configure and validate quality workflows, inspection plans, sampling specs, and non-conformance tracking, ensuring strict 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 13485 compliance while delivering thorough validation documentation and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience implementing and validating NetSuite workflows in regulated environments.
• Experience with NetSuite QMS module is a plus.
• Proven end-to-end software validation in biotech/life sciences/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and validation of the NetSuite Quality module based on project requirements.
• Interface with designated contacts from the NetSuite implementation team.
• Configure, test, and verify quality workflows, inspection plans, sampling specs, and non-conformance tracking in NetSuite.
• Conduct software validation activities, draft and execute test cases for UAT, scripts, protocols, traceability matrices, and validation reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality compliance and regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11 / ISO 13485).
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials for handover to internal teams.
• Update QMS documentation related to the NetSuite Quality module as needed.
