Job summary

Uniqus Consultech in San Jose, CA is looking for a NetSuite Solution Consultant with deep experience in financial processes and at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite implementations. You will analyze business needs, design tailored NetSuite solutions, and guide clients through ERP deployments.

You will configure workflows, saved searches, and reports, map core financial processes, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure scalable, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of NetSuite implementation and consulting in financial modules.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and core business processes.
• Hands-on NetSuite configurations, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and saved searches.
• Experience mapping and optimizing processes within NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate needs into solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SuiteScript, integrations, or other ERPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support NetSuite implementations, configurations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Analyze and map core financial processes (e.g., General Ledger,AP/AR, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory,Financial Reporting).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite, including workflows, scripts, saved searches, and reports, to enhance system functionality.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within NetSuite.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure effective system adoption.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and system scalability.
• Assist in data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Stay up to date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations.
