Job summary

Palmetto is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to bridge business users and IT for NetSuite, Stampli, Workiva, and other financial systems from Charlotte, NC. You will document enhancements and controls, and support multi-entity consolidation.

Responsibilities include end-to-end configuration, UAT coordination, and SOX-aligned ITGC activities across O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles, with a strong focus on data integrity and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Business Analysis or ERP experience.
Functional expertise across O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles.
Experience authoring BRDs, IDDs and FSDs.
Working knowledge of ITGCs and application controls within ERP.
Proficiency with workflow automation, saved searches, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for multiple applications (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Configure roles, permissions, forms, workflows, and scripts in NetSuite.
Manage multi-entity consolidation and ITGC controls across financial systems.
Document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain.
Coordinate UAT and ensure SDLC documentation and evidence are archived.
Identify opportunities for automation and data integrity across systems.
