Job summary

Palmetto, based in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to bridge business and IT for NetSuite, Stampli, Workiva, and related financial systems. You will document enhancements, control frameworks, and automation opportunities across O2C, P2P, and R2R.

You will report to the Senior NetSuite Product Manager, own SDLC documentation, and coordinate with auditors while maintaining data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Business Analysis or ERP experience.
• Experience authoring BRDs, IDDs and FSDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for multiple applications (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
• Configure roles, permissions, custom forms, workflows, and scripts.
• Maintain NetSuite subsidiary, location, and entity structure for multi-entity consolidation.
• Document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Own and maintain ITGC controls across financial systems.
• Design and own test scripts for NetSuite configurations and UAT.
