About the role

Coalition is seeking an experienced Senior Netsuite Developer to expand and maintain our Netsuite automation for transaction processing and reporting. As we continue to grow, you’ll build out Netsuite functionality to support new geographies, business models, acquisitions, and payment flows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Netsuite configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Support new business models, geographies, and lines of business.
• Develop and refine automation to optimize transaction processing and reporting.
• Lead or participate in Netsuite projects related to acquisitions, payment, and invoicing flows.
• Recommend and implement process improvements across our ERP system.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
• Advise on optimal use of native vs. custom Netsuite functionality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Netsuite and 3+ years in Netsuite development.
• General experience building, maintaining, and migrating web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Demonstrated ability to design technical solutions and lead software delivery projects.
• Functional proficiency with Netsuite; able to advise on ideal workflows and configurations.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience mentoring engineers and communicating technical topics to partner teams.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are extremely self-motivated.
• Preferred certifications: Netsuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $130,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $195,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location.
