Tideworks Technology in Seattle is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Systems to own the NetSuite implementation and finance technology transformation. You will coordinate finance data, governance, and process design across multiple workstreams, partnering with IT, FP&A, and accounting leaders.

You will lead requirements, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization while guiding vendors and internal stakeholders toward scalable, compliant finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ERP certification preferred.
• 8+ years in finance systems/transformation with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading full ERP implementations, ideally NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, close processes, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage partners, drive decisions, and deliver on scope, quality, timeline.

Responsabilités

• Serve as internal Finance lead and product owner for NetSuite implementation.
• Coordinate finance workstreams: record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, revenue accounting, fixed assets, intercompany, projects, treasury, tax, payroll interfaces, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into clear process designs and user stories.
• Maintain governance, risk logs, and readiness dashboards; elevate scope, timeline, capacity, quality, and control risks.
• Lead UAT, data migration validation, and cutover planning.
• Drive post-go-live hypercare and stabilization.
