Job summary

Ceribell seeks an Associate Director, Business Systems to lead NetSuite administration, implement ERP integrations, and drive process optimization across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and reporting. You will design workflows, develop custom records and suitescripts, and act as SME for new modules and 3rd party integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Systems or related field.
• NetSuite certification preferred.
• 5+ years working with the NetSuite application as an Administrator.
• Experience with ERP implementations and hands-on configuration.
• Experience with NetSuite integration with Avalara, Arena, Coupa, Bill.com, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, Workflows, Suite Scripts, Customizations, Reports and Saved Searches.
• Experience with SOX controls, ITGC and SoD.
• Understanding core processes: Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, P2P, O2C, Project Accounting, Order Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Netsuite, Boomi and other business systems including Avalara, Bill.com, Blackline and assist with Salesforce.
• Collaborate with teams to solve business problems via process changes or systematic improvements.
• Conduct business process mapping and gather requirements for optimization.
• Define and maintain business processes and workflows for consistency and compliance.
• Develop documentation to support requirements and discovery.
• Lead a team of Netsuite Business Systems Analysts and manage performance.
• Develop processes to ensure consistent project outcomes and track projects in JIRA.
• Monitor system performance and optimize availability and scalability.
• Design and test detailed functional designs for business solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules from design to UAT and go-live.
• Lead data migration and cleanup for legacy to current NetSuite solutions.
