Job summary

Ceribell is seeking an Associate Director, Business Systems to manage the Enterprise NetSuite system, focusing on financials, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and manufacturing workflows. You will design/customize NetSuite modules, mentor a team of analysts, and own integrations with Avalara, Bill.com, Salesforce, and related tools.

The role demands ERP experience, SOX/ITGC controls, and strong collaboration across departments to optimize processes and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Systems or related field.
NetSuite certification preferred.
5+ years working with the NetSuite application as an Administrator.
Experience with implementation/deployment of ERP systems and hands-on configuration.
Experience with designing and supporting NetSuite integration with other business systems like Avalara, Arena, Coupa, Bill.com, Certify, Salesforce etc.

Responsibilities

Manage Netsuite, Boomi and other business systems including Avalara, Bill.com, Blackline and assist with Salesforce.
Collaborate with key individuals to solve business problems by driving process change or systematic improvement.
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering to identify optimization opportunities.
