Job summary

Ceribell, Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Business Systems to lead NetSuite and related ERP initiatives across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain.

You will drive process improvements, design customizations, and manage a netsuite-focused team while coordinating with Salesforce and third-party tools. The role requires deep NetSuite expertise, ERP deployment experience, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure compliant, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Systems or related field.
• NetSuite certification preferred.
• 5+ years working with the NetSuite application as an Administrator.
• Experience with ERP deployments and hands-on configuration.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with Avalara, Arena, Coupa, Bill.com, Certify, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite modules, Workflows, Suite Script, Customizations, Reports and Saved Searches.
• Experience with SOX controls, change management, and IT general controls.
• Understanding core business processes: Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage Netsuite, Boomi and other business systems including Avalara, Bill.com, Blackline and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with teams to drive process changes and systematic improvements.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering for optimization.
• Document and maintain business processes and system workflows for consistency and compliance.
• Develop documentation to support requirements gathering and discovery.
• Lead a team of Netsuite Business Systems Analysts and manage performance.
• Develop department processes and track projects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance and optimize availability and scalability.
• Design, build and test functional designs for business solutions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite modules from design to UAT and go-live.
• Lead data migration and cleanup for legacy to current NetSuite.
• Manage consultants for Netsuite programming projects.
• Plan and manage change configurations and 3rd party integrations.
