Job summary

The Armstrong Company is seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to configure and maintain NetSuite, acting as the Armstrong SME for NetSuite. You will collaborate with teams across all business functions to define processes, perform configurations, resolve user issues, and drive best practices to meet business goals.

You will provide internal support, training, and data integrity measures while engaging with project managers and developers on integrations and migrations across NetSuite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Ability to scope/size tasks and adapt to assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• NetSuite Certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal NetSuite support, including user training and access management.
• Assist with data integrity procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with business areas to understand new needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to track NetSuite requests.
• Maintain up-to-date NetSuite knowledge and best practices.
• Assist developers with NetSuite integrations.
• Migrate changes across NetSuite instances (Prod/Test/Dev).
• Support help desk with user access and roles/rights management.
• Create, update, and maintain NetSuite reports.
• Assist with data imports and migration processes.
