Job summary

Valeris, Inc. seeks a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to own performance, reliability, and evolution of NetSuite OneWorld across subsidiaries. You’ll govern configurations, data integrity, integrations, and vendor relations while shaping the platform roadmap.

The role sits at the intersection of accounting, finance, and technology, delivering scalable solutions and empowering the finance function with insights and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, FinTech, or related field required.
• Equivalent practical experience with NetSuite, financial systems, and business applications will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 6+ years of experience administering NetSuite in a finance or accounting environment, ideally including OneWorld / multi-subsidiary.
• Strong command of NetSuite configuration, including SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records and fields, forms, roles and permissions, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of core finance and accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and the monthly/quarterly close, and how those processes map to NetSuite.
• Demonstrated ability to own improvement initiatives end to end – from stakeholder discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to distinguish between problems that require technology and problems that require process change.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and a genuine curiosity about how the business works.
• Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated examples of using them to improve productivity, problem-solving, automation, or system development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
