Job summary

Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Administrator to own the performance, reliability, and evolution of our NetSuite environment. You will be the definitive SME, shaping the platform roadmap and ensuring close alignment with finance and operations.

In this role you’ll balance strategic work—evaluating releases, designing automation, and building scalable solutions—with tactical tasks alongside AP, Procurement, and AR to fix workflows and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting/finance or FinTech.
• Experience administering NetSuite in finance or accounting environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite OneWorld with users, roles, permissions, security, and segregation of duties.
• Own the NetSuite release cycle: evaluate semiannual releases, manage sandboxes, test changes, and deploy to production.
• Maintain a clean, scalable system architecture across custom fields/records, forms, lists, workflows, and configurations.
• Establish configuration standards and system hygiene as the platform evolves.
• Manage relationships with NetSuite Support and third‑party SuiteApps.
• Own and drive the NetSuite platform roadmap, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Design and build solutions using SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, and SuiteScript.
• Automate manual processes and close operational gaps while balancing needs and maintainability.
• Prototype quickly, iterate based on feedback, and measure improvements.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting and Operations to translate needs into scalable system solutions.
• Provide data to downstream BI and data‑warehouse platforms.
• Own integrations between NetSuite and CRM, expense, procurement, billing, payroll, and data‑warehousing platforms.
• Maintain SOX controls, audit trails, and change-management practices.
