Job summary

Uniguest is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize our NetSuite environment in support of the Finance organization. This hands-on role focuses on configuration, system enhancements, and scalable solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations while maintaining data integrity and supporting audits. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be NetSuite certified with hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration and administration.
• Experience with integrations and iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred).
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver solutions independently.
• Experience in finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
• Develop system enhancements to improve finance processes and controls.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and documentation of changes.
• Maintain data integrity and support audits and compliance.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
• Work with third-party vendors and consultants as needed.
