Job summary

Team UIS seeks a Senior NETA Project Manager to lead electrical testing projects from planning through closeout, coordinating field teams and office staff. You will drive safety, schedule, budget, and client deliverables while mentoring UIS Project Managers and reporting to the COO.

You will align priorities with field leadership, manage risks, ensure compliance with NFPA and NETA standards, and deliver successful outcomes for clients while contributing to process improvements and team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, power systems services, or closely related work.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and leading or mentoring Project Managers or other project delivery personnel.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable NETA standards, NFPA 70/70E/70B, and IEEE testing practices.
• Experience managing field technical teams, project schedules, budgets, job costs, and completion forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned electrical testing projects and manage UIS Project Managers.
• Oversee project planning, field coordination, safety, quality, schedules, and financial performance.
• Provide COO with clear reporting on project performance, risks, and decisions needing executive support.
