Job summary

Team UIS, a field service leader, seeks a Senior NETA Project Manager to lead electrical testing projects and UIS Project Managers. You will oversee planning, field coordination, safety, quality, schedules, and financial performance, ensuring consistent delivery across UIS.

Reporting to the COO, you will align priorities with field leadership, provide status updates, manage risks, and support executive decisions while guiding a high-performing project team toward successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, power systems, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring Project Managers.
• Strong knowledge of NETA standards, NFPA 70/70E/70B, and IEEE testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach UIS Project Managers; set execution standards and balance workloads.
• Manage project planning, field coordination, safety, quality, schedules and budgets.
