Job summary

Team UIS, a leading field service company, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead electrical testing projects, coordinate field and office teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will report to the COO, manage budgets and schedules, and escalate risks with clear executive reporting. A strong leadership background and deep knowledge of industry standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electrical testing, commissioning, power systems services, or related work.
• Experience managing complex projects and leading Project Managers or delivery personnel.
• Strong knowledge of NETA, NFPA 70/70E/70B, and IEEE testing practices.
• Experience managing field technical teams, schedules, budgets, costs, and forecasts.
• Proven leadership, organizational, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage personal project responsibilities while overseeing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and evaluate Project Managers; set execution standards and support hiring/onboarding.
• Oversee project planning, schedules, mobilization, and scope validation; ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate clients, field teams, Project Managers, and office support; communicate scope, priorities, and constraints.
• Lead safety planning under NFPA 70E, OSHA, and UIS programs; drive corrective actions when needed.
• Manage budgets, labor, costs, schedules, and forecasts; address variances and change orders.
• Lead client communication on projects; support kickoffs, reviews, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely testing reports, project records, and final client deliverables; closeout efficiently.
