The Field Technician III leads crews, executes advanced testing and maintenance, and troubleshoots complex substation equipment while ensuring safety compliance and supporting project teams.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen for a safety-sensitive role.
• Criminal background check required.
• Must be willing to work overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead field crews and oversee testing, inspection, and maintenance of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Perform advanced testing and diagnostics on circuit breakers, transformers, instruments, grounding, batteries, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and control system issues using schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and other teams to ensure efficient execution.
• Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance and best practices.
