Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 4) to oversee complex electrical investigations, tests, and measurements. You will interact with engineers and managers, set up/test equipment, and ensure safety and compliance on energized and de-energized systems.

You will independently manage projects, generate reports, and lead NETA field technicians, with travel up to 50% and strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. POWERX offers robust perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NETA certification level 4 preferred.
• 10+ years of experience.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED, Power DB training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical tests and measurements.
• Lead and supervise NETA field technicians on projects.
• Write and review detailed test reports and findings.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with procedures and standards.
