Job summary

POWERX is seeking a Field Service Technician (NETA 4) in the United States to supervise projects, perform complex electrical tests and measurements, and coordinate with engineers and managers. You will set up/test equipment, ensure safety, and deliver detailed reports on findings.

This role offers independent work with up to 50% travel, requiring a strong focus on data collection, troubleshooting, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• NETA certification level 4 is preferred.
• 10+ years of field experience in electrical testing.
• OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electrical tests and measurements.
• Collect and record data accurately.
• Lead and manage field projects and supervise NETA technicians.
• Write and review detailed reports on test results.
• Ensure safety and comply with electrical procedures and PPE.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
