Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Technical Lead for a contract position based in Tempe, Arizona. You will guide a 2–4 person development team, translate requirements into scalable software, and collaborate across design, development, testing, and deployment.

You will design, build, and maintain applications, services, and APIs, ensure code quality, and contribute to CI/CD and production support. Strong expertise in .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience with C#, .NET Core, and Angular (latest versions).
• Experience deploying software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Backend: .NET, C#, ASP.NET Web API, SQL Server.
• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Relational databases: SQL Server or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and dependency injection.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Agile/Scrum experience and collaborative problem solving.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools in production code.
• Ability to enforce team standards for code reviews of AI-generated code.

  • Frontend expertise: Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
  • Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework, LINQ, and dependency injection
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive design principles
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology, including Scrum methods and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team addressing technical issues and problems
  • Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking skills as required
  • Daily hands‑on use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) on production code—not pilots or side projects
  • Demonstrated judgment on where AI‑assisted development works and where it does not, particularly with large legacy .NET codebases
  • Experience defining or enforcing team standards for reviewing and merging AI‑generated code
• Preferred
  • Measurably improved team throughput or quality using AI tooling, with tracked metrics to demonstrate impact
  • Experience coaching 2–4 developers on AI‑assisted workflows and presenting results to peer leads
