Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks Full Stack .NET Engineers to join our team in Tempe or Tucson, AZ, on a hybrid contract-to-hire basis. You will design modern web apps, build backend services with .NET, and craft responsive UIs with Angular, while leveraging Azure cloud capabilities.

The role emphasizes modern tooling, AI-assisted coding, and opportunities to influence architecture across multiple products. Hybrid work model with a focus on cloud-native development.

Qualifications

:
3+ years of software development experience.
Strong C# and .NET/.NET Core development experience.
Recent experience developing applications with Angular.
Experience building REST APIs and web applications.
SQL Server development experience.
Knowledge of database design and stored procedures.
Experience working within Azure environments.
Experience with source control and modern development practices.
Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing modern web applications.
Building backend services and APIs using .NET.
Creating responsive user interfaces with Angular.
Writing and optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
Implementing cloud solutions within Azure.
Participating in architecture discussions and solution design.
