Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑on Technical Lead with 10–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven team leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of enterprise‑grade applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, and SQL.
• Provide hands‑on coding support while establishing engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance distributed systems and APIs.
• Drive technical solutioning, architecture reviews, and technology adoption across projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Candidates with strong Azure Cloud expertise will also be considered.
• Experience building and supporting large‑scale enterprise applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Strong experience in production support, debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Expertise in code reviews, design reviews, and software development best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.

AI & Engineering Innovation

Required Experience

• 10–12 years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on Microservices development experience.
• 3–5 years of cloud platform experience (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable with strong expertise).
• 3–5 years of experience leading development teams in enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect, Developer Associate, or equivalent. Experience designing and developing AI‑powered business solutions. Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex cross‑team dependencies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
