Job summary

Pioneering Evolution is seeking Software Engineers at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to develop secure, modern enterprise software for the SyncPoint program. The team uses .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and RabbitMQ to build distributed web applications.

All candidates must have an active Secret Clearance or be eligible for an interim Secret Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required and local candidates will work hybrid in Crystal City, VA three days a week.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years for Junior, 3+ years for Mid-Level, 7+ years for Senior levels.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and problem solving.
• Experience with C# and the .NET stack is required or highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with relational databases and REST APIs is expected.
• Git and web technologies like Angular are common in the role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern enterprise software using .NET and Angular.
• Develop REST APIs, backend services, and UI components.
• Implement persistence with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Build integrations with internal/external systems and implement event-driven patterns.
• Write automated tests and participate in Agile planning and sprints.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and contribute to code reviews.
