Qualifications
- Proficiency in .NET/C# development and SQL database work.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete specs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Healthcare domain experience is helpful.
- Experience with AI, automation, or modern QA practices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET and SQL.
- Work with stakeholders to understand goals and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Clarify requirements through targeted questions.
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum team including QA and DevOps.
- Contribute to modernization, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Support high-visibility projects led by senior leadership.
