Job summary

AssistRx, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Software Engineering (.NET) to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality applications on the Microsoft .NET stack.

The role sets technical direction, oversees project execution, and mentors engineering staff. You will drive feature delivery with cross-functional teams, implement CI/CD, and work with microservices and platform-based development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Angular 6+ years' experience in software development.
• Experience leading a team or as a tech lead.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, user stories/use cases, design patterns, and OO design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in an Agile development environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution and delivery of features with cross-functional teams.
• Support short release cycles, feature toggles, and CI.
• Experience with microservice architecture and platform-based development.
• Improve development processes and remove impediments.
• Contribute to coding and verification to support releases.
• Identify training needs and mentor team members.
• Interview, hire, train, and manage team performance and accountability.
