Qualifications

• 7+ years of software-engineering experience.
• Experience with RESTful services and object-oriented design.
• Proficiency in Java (17/21+), Spring Boot, Gradle.
• Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka.
• Microservices with API-first design and OpenAPI.
• Relational DBs (Oracle) and SQL; Snowflake a plus.
• SDLC/Agile methods; version-control workflows.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for software teams across full development lifecycle.
• Architect scalable solutions and refine design requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews and code reviews across applications.
• Develop and review User Stories; write unit/integration tests.
• Remediate defects and improve surrounding code quality.
• Mentor peers and enforce standards for reliability and scalability.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and support secure-coding practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, SREs, Architects, and PMs; embed AI across SDLC.
• Communicate complex topics to business leaders during Sprint Reviews.
• Learn customer domain to better align McKesson products with user needs.
