Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Computer skills required: Development Software and Project Management Software.
• 10+ years’ experience in software development.
• Experience as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of unittesting, user stories or use cases, design patterns or equivalent experience, and object-oriented software design.
• Desire to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• Provides short release cycles, feature toggle implementations, and continuous integration.
• Maintains a microservice architecture and platform-based development.
• Develops process improvement and removes impediments.
• Cocches and mentors leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
